During a suspension, assets may be temporarily restricted and withdrawals may be disabled.

Paycan is not liable for losses that may result from account closure or suspension.

Services

Paycan provides tools that help merchants accept cryptocurrency payments for their products or services. Customers can complete payments in crypto through merchant-provided payment experiences.

Paycan is not a bank or financial institution and does not provide investment advice or financial consulting. Any information provided by Paycan should not be interpreted as investment advice.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency-related activities involve risk and using the services may expose you to financial risk.

Services may be available 24/7; however, Paycan may temporarily suspend services without prior notice for maintenance, updates, infrastructure changes or similar reasons. Delays may occur.

You are responsible for having the necessary hardware, software and internet connectivity, and for any related costs.

You are responsible for securing your devices (for example, keeping antivirus software up to date). Paycan is not responsible for losses resulting from inadequate device security.

Paycan does not control, endorse or assume responsibility for merchants' goods/services, delivery, quality, safety or legality. Disputes should be resolved directly with the merchant.

Prohibited Use

When using Paycan services, you agree that you will not:

• Distribute viruses, worms, trojans or other harmful code.
• Deposit assets that are not supported by the platform.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Use the services for unlawful activities.
• Modify, tamper with, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the website or software.
• Remove copyright or trademark notices.
• Use unauthorized data collection methods (robots, spiders, scraping, etc.).
• Abuse the services in a way that harms Paycan, its users, or third parties.

Sanctions and Restricted Regions
